My approach is focused on helping clients develop a deep understanding of themselves and their emotions to feel more peace, deeper healing, and more clarity.

Assessment & goal setting

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and discussing your reasons for seeking therapy. I'll ask questions about your current challenges, past experiences, and personal goals to help me understand your unique needs and together, we will develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs and goals.

OUR THERAPY SESSIONS

In our therapy sessions, we will work together to identify patterns of behavior and thought that may be causing or contributing to your challenges. We'll also explore your feelings and emotions in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. I'll use a variety of evidence-based techniques to help you build coping skills and strategies to cope with your challenges, experience more relief, and feel less alone on your journey.

graduation and support

When you feel that you have made the progress you were seeking and are ready to end therapy, we will work together to develop a plan for maintaining your progress and continuing to work on your personal growth. I will also provide resources and support to help you continue to thrive beyond your time in therapy. If at any point you feel as though you need the supportive safety of therapy again or have new goals to work towards, we can always come back together and continue your journey.
