As a recovering people-people, I know that feeling all too well. The pressure to be everything to everyone has left you drained, disconnected from yourself, and unsure of what truly makes you happy or brings you peace.
Therapy for Teens
Some days, it feels like no one really gets what you’re going through. You’re juggling school stress, family drama, and friendships that sometimes feel way harder than they should. On top of that, you’re trying to figure out who you are and what you want—while dealing with pressure from all directions.
